    sounds like he overfilled and flooded it..... dump whatever juice you have in the tank back into your bottle... slide the carto out of the base of the tank... aim carto at sink or trashcan and blow firmly thru the threaded end to clear the tube... swap inside the top of the carto with a Q tip...
