    you could cut the liquid 50/50 with some vg from walmart (humco glycerin) found in the bandaids section for 4 dollars, to bring it down to 15 mgs nicotine but the flavor will be a little weak but at least you dont have to throw it all away

    The cap on the bottle tells me it is dekang but the label looks like a joye liquid. janty and widowsbeadworks sells that kind of liquid I feel 100 % that it is a joye bottle
