    If you rec'd free shipping on your order, it may have been sent regular mail instead of Priority Mail. That is how mine were sent. But, from IL to IL is only 2 days at most. IL to OR is about 4-5 days.

    A PCC (Personal Charger Case) is the charger/case - so you can carry and charge on the go! The one for a 510 will hold a spare atomizer and 3 refill cartridges. Also, charge 5 batteries (one at a time) without being plugged in on a full charge. Hope that explains it more.
