    Yup. Tried the 10440 and bulb went pop. :p Looks super easy to mod though... it may be just as simple as cutting the bulb housing down to fit a connector and building up the positive lead a little. Only thing keeping me from trying it is worrying about shorts. The search continues!

    I'm new at this. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. The red (positive) wire should be soldered to the center post of the atty connector. The black (ground/negative) wire should be soldered to the outer rim.

    How are you connecting that 4 lead tact switch? I ordered some before I realized they were 4 lead because I like how low profile they look. I'm new at this and anything beyond a reasonably simple circuit befuddles me a little. Add in something like this and I'm about ready to throw up my hands...
