    Day 4 wasn't bad for me.... but day 5...!!! ECF WAS COMPLETELY DOWN ALL DAY!!!! TRAUMA CITY!!!! I dunno how I managed to get thru that day without smoking, or just having a complete meltdown, but somehow I managed it. Twitter helped; there were a few ECFers on there to talk to. Andria
