I love how everyone is making the math seem so difficult.
All you have to do is use ANY juice calc and pretend you're adding nic to a zero nic base to get to 6mg.
Viola! 12 mg juice.
You NEED to know what MG your nic is though.
I use a syringe for nic and flavors and eye the pg/vg ratios in a 120ml bottle. I know how far up the bottle the liquid needs to be before I top off with vg.
Pretty sure the tariff only applies to products imported for commercial purposes. IE: You're importing goods to sell.
Could simply be a generic automated warning from your bank after seeing a purchase from China.
The absolute cheapest decent VW device I'm aware of is the Aleader BHIVE 100W that's $30 from fasttech. That's cheaper than a lot of the 3d printed mech squonkers out there.
Kanger subtanks work as subohm or MTL and come with a build deck if you want to try out making your own coils.. Just sayin'. They're pretty cheap to boot.

Do you have a good battery charger?
Are you using a good mod? Preferably one that shows battery levels?
If you can answer yes to all of the above, no worries.
I have 6 batteries that were all used in single...
I'd like to suggest a rebuildable tank. If you run it dry and burn the wick, you simply replace the wick. It's a lot cheaper than replacing your mod. Rebuildables taste and work better than pre-made coils as well. Not to mention it's super cheap in comparison.
It's only as difficult as you make it.
My device holds 10ml of liquid. I don't need to buy coils and mine last for months just changing cotton wicks. Carrying juice/batteries isn't an issue. I could carry a weeks supply of vaping in one pocket except for the charger unless I used the device's...
You wouldn't necessarily see a longer runtime as the batteries are in series. Dual may run longer but it would be hardly noticeable. I went with the dual because that extra battery relieves some stress at higher watts. I'm currently running a .12Ω build at 80w and the amps are around 27-28. A...
