Hoogie, The cats out of the bag

Can ya make a dual 18350 (side by side) varaible voltage with a thumb wheel pot on the top edge and a trigger switch? Please? Maybe? Think about it a while? lol I'd likely buy one of every color if you could get it short enough. :2cool:

    Restock?

Uh oh. Does that mean it may be time for me to see if I can somehow stuff the varaible voltage goodness into a gold rush tube? :vapor: My Dremel awaits.

    REO mini...

All of the above. I have noticed the button my "new" mini does require a bit more pressure then the button on one I bought used so it may get a little easier to push with time.

    Magma atomizer problem

If you're sure the batteries are charged, try prying the center (positive) contact of the atty out just a hair. Sometimes you have to do that to get them to make contact.

    REO Measurements, Parts, & Terminology

Either the feed tube sizes are mixed up in the above post... Or... Am I the only one who's Mini's have a smaller feed tube than my Grand?

    Let's fix it?

I put a smal piece of 1/8" thick self adhesive weatherstrip behind the bottle in my REO's. It pushes the bottle lightly against the door and eliminates the minimal door rattle i've had.

Evidence that the Woodvil hits harder than the Grand

I wonder if the larger surface area of the positive battery contact helps... I miss my Woodvil. I knew I would. :(

    What I found hiding.....

Behind the anodizing? Did you strip and polish it? Do tell.

Looking for a new PV, what would you reccommend for me?

I haven't tried VV yet as I've been content with various resistance atty's/cartos on both 3.7v and 6v mods. I just ordered the parts from madvapes to build a mod to give VV a shot. That said, I'd have to agree with above post recommending the Buzz. I'd wait for the Buzz Pro to be available...

How to know that Reo is a good mod?

You can build your own bottom fed juice box for a very low price. Will it work as well? Quite possibly. Will it be precision crafted? Have a mechanical switch that should never fail? Mechanical lock to prevent accidentally firing the device? Would it survive a 30 foot drop to a concrete...

Help a new Grand owner..... :)

I've always been a 510 kinda guy but on my REO's I prefer a 1.5 ohm 306 atty. They are easy to remove the bridge and wick if they develop an off taste, they're easy to clean, and a spare debridged 306 fits nicely inside the Grand next to the cap of juice bottle. The only downfall to the 306 are...

    Other PVs you keep?

I have a Grand and a Mini with a tumbled aluminum Mini on the way. I'm keeping my Silver Bullet, P-18 and a few eGo batt's. Recently sold a Silver Bullet, Prodigy V3.1, P-10, Blue Lightning mod, 4 box mods and most of my modding supplies since aquiring my REO's.

Need help deciding on a mod

If you already like the Silver Bullet, you can't go wrong with that purchase. It's a solid performer and gives the option of 3.7 or 6v. I've had mine for a year and still use it daily. So far, it's been the most consistant, least maintenance mod I've owned, and I've been through quite a few.

    Diy alert!!! Nic juice

That's a pretty strong accusation How do you know they dont get a deal on nic by purchasing a set intervals? They could end up with more than stock than room. A sale is a good way to make space, attract customers and keep returning customers. They could also simply have a policy not to...

Anyone Using Tenergy RCR123A 900mAh batteries in their prodigy?

I've been using the Tenergy Li-ion's for over a year without a problem and I used them in a v3.1. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using these batteries as long as you keep them in pairs as you would with any batteries. I would recommend either using the AW 3.2v LiFePO's or the...

    HELP.....Mods for 17670

Nice reference site Don. The Prodigy v3.1 (also not listed) is made for a 17670 as well. One thing worth noting, a 17670 battery is just a few millimeters longer than an 18650. Most if not all 18650 battery mods that will accept 2x 16340's should also fit a 17670 without a problem.

    "Sign for" question

The Ultrafire WF-188 will charge all of those batteries as it's switchable between 3.2v/3.7v. You may need magnet spacers for 15270 batteries. 16340's fit though.

    "Sign for" question

I didn't personally sign for any of my Reo's. From my experience and also a friend in the Buffalo NY area, I'd venture to say you should have your Grand on Wednesday. :vapor:
