I got a Magma 510 today and my atomizer isnt working at all I take a drag and nothing no vapor not hotness nothing at all. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help??

If you're sure the batteries are charged, try prying the center (positive) contact of the atty out just a hair. Sometimes you have to do that to get them to make contact.
Is it manual or auto batt? If manual, press the button and see if the coils turn red. If its auto bat, I don't know but if you have a meter, you can do continuity check on the atty. See if the circuit is good. Or do Ohm test. I am guessing you have a magma atty? Well make sure it is. I know they also make a LR magma atty. If it is, do not use it. It will fry your battery. If all else fails, call CS or open a ticket and they will get you straight. Also you don't have to get attys from them too. Any 510 would work as long as its not LR. I not saying that the atty from volcano sucks they are actually really nice. I still have mine that is working and its been 4 months.
