    i only have one mod - the big chuck. i use it at 3.7 and works great with v4l cartos (the only one i use). i chose the big chuck because i can also use it at 6v. i can't say the chucks are the best because its the only mod i've tried. what i can say is that it works great for me - battery...

    If the question is for me, here's what I do. I don't actually boil the cartos. I boil the water. Once you get a hard boil, I turn off the burner, then put the cartos in. Let it soak there, stirring occassionally, until the water is "cool" enough so I can pick each carto up and blow through...

    Boiling Cartos

    i boil, then do an overnight soak in vodka (can't get PGA here in VA), let dry for a few days. i fill using the syringe method. i can put 1 ml per carto. works for me for now - i only start doing the boil/soak/dry/refill about every other week or so - got plenty of v4l cartos :)
