    whoa there waldo You have no idea what i was like I went to every meeting was very involved, went by the book 100 percent I even owned a union shop and trust me you wouldn't want me to discuss that here being that I was signed up with your district council and could tell you exactly how it works

    I think what DW is saying is that for construction unions keep the prices where they should be, and everyone knows that there is going to be some corruption it is impossible to weed all the bad apples out.

    There is definitely a place for unions in america and there is a certain protection they provide that is needed for some jobs.

    The bottom line as always is... the market will decide, even after Gm restructures they will fail, basically americans have no faith in their product, it is a shame I only buy american and they have been good.
