Personally, my trick to the leaking issues is to close the juice holes and the air holes whenever I refill the tank. I only start opening the holes and vaping after putting the cover on and letting it rest for 5-10Seconds. And the cotton don't have to put through the hole, just let it rest on... -

Currently using Kanthal 24G Dual Coil 8 Wraps each vertical coils and vaping quite well currently. Waiting for my SS Wires to come for me to play! :P -

Thanks guys I will try it again! More wraps, prolly 3mm? I'm more used to building on my subohm tanks so I guess I normally do low ohms coils. I guess I just have to experience and play around with the build more.
