    wllmc, I think .25% on Cinnamon Ceylon would be extremely light. I'd start at .5%. There's a little cinnamon in Catalan Cream, too, but even with that and .5% Cinnamon, I think it wouldn't be too much. You could go lots higher if you want more, but remember cinnamon gains strength as it ages...

    I have a comment only about Flavour Art. I use those almost exclusively and recommend trying each as a single flavor at 3% (tobaccos, 1-2%). Flavour Art flavorings are very concentrated, with just a few exceptions.

    You might have gone the wrong direction from 18% and overflavored to the point of fading flavors. Sounds weird, I know, but I've experienced that. If I had that mix, I'd take a little out into a separate bottle, dilute it to around 10%, and try it.
