bummer on the atty, I got a couple passthrus on the way and I hope it wont happen to me also. I do keep my atty wet. Does your PT have an inline battery? Didn't know it was for a prodigy, nm my post please.

I picked up a BP860MP witch uses the same tip as the 645 but has a high/low switch. The connector is slightly bigger in dia then a RCA jack. It will still be an easy mod and no work will be needed with the switch. I will have to get another one because I really like how well it solders, this...
All I can tell you is to use the rubber caps from the empty carts to get your batts to make a good connection to charge. Put the cap on the led end of the bat and this will help it connect. Hope this helps. Sorry I don't have answers to your other questions.
It is a coldheat soldering iron with the soldering tip removed. press the atomizer against the contacts(outer part to one contact and the inner part to the outer contact. it works great with fresh batteries, I will be attatching an rca female plug to it this weeken and attatching a battery...
I use NOW foods brand USP VG, great stuff and you can get 16 FL OZ shipped to you for $10. If you can find it in a store it is only about $5. I use high MG liquid and cut it down quite a bit with my VG. Great vapor and my juice goes a long way. :D
I love my 510 for the same reason. The atty works awsome on my coldheat soldering iron too. Clouds of vapor. 510 atty + 6volts = insanity, and I love it.:D
Thats my plan. I've been saving up and I'm gonna try and get pre-approved friday. When I get into my new house I need to wash my dogs more because they stink bad, never realized my house smelled like dogs as bad as it does, the smoke covered it up.8-o
