Good point Mike, but may be difficult to install battery connector and wiring.
(Not sure).
I do know that you have been playing on photoshop again.
Quality Avatar BTW.

Take a look at this.
If found it helped me, on a project I worked on 2 Years ago.
YouTube - Mold Making - Mass Casting Complex Parts (w/ parting line)
If you don't have a vacuum degassing box.
Try this
Mix the rtv
Place a empty container on the floor
Then very slowly pour the...

Have you ordered RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanisation) to make a rubber mold.
If so I may be able to point you in the right direction with a few tips.

As ever Clyde, an excellent review.
I hope Mr Puff can get these to the market soon.
I know the ECF are being a little hesitent with his registration.
Which does not help Mr P.
Once again many thanks Clyde.

After spending 3 hours in the shower, scrubbing of the excess epoxy putty I was covered in.
Then another 2 hours scrubbing of the excess spray paint.
This is were I'm at so far.
Bottle contains 24mg cherry pg, 18650 (UN-protected).

I agree to some respect.
De-Gassing vents / Holes, Is a logical way forward in a sealed mod.
A kill switch is a good idea, So is removing the battery / atty for transport.
(However forcing the use of a kill switch is a bad idea, If an unrated switch were used it would cause more problems...
Mike.
Is the lazy statement with reference to your new avatar.
I Like it BTW.
I'm up to my eyeballs in epoxy putty.
Will have some more pics in a day or two
Thanks for the offer Clumsy, I may take you up on it.
I do agree about using a mechanical switch, but finding, high amperage...
I've seen HP's epoxy mod, It's really great.
I posted a little idea on his basic JB thread.
And Yes i'm afraid it was Work.
Are well i'm home now so back to playing with mods.
Mike how is your mod coming along?
Hi HP
Great wireless connection.
I've had plenty of time to think over last few days.
I've got to catch up with all threads, but thought about your mod.
Consider putting the battery below the bottle and placing in a copper pipe.
If a good switch could be fabricated. It would make one hell of a...
Agreed.
Oh well back to topic.
(Waiting for epoxy putty to harden is like watching paint dry)
I'm using milliput (grey green) and I have noticed it does not stick very well.
If I mould a piece into a mod box it may detach after curing.
As it did with me, so I just stuck it on with liquid epoxy...
I spent 45mins using a pipe cutter, cutting down a 22mm copper end cap.
Very thick copper on the end caps I had.
But worth it.
Just like to say thanks, I would not of thought of it without reading this thread.
Petercro..........
There is no master switch as such.
The copper cap switch will have a rotation lockoff on it.
The battery can be removed for charging, but not necessary.
Remove atty, hold down switch and clamp in a charger.
Mike, also,I used the same layout as the mahmba 2 for the bottle feed setup.
Push up...
