    Thanks.. It was Phil from Grandvaporstation. I was shocked he called me. It is good to know we have great vendors out there. My first experience with them. Highly impressed! I have been vaping since 2009. Was a pack a day smoker for 20 yrs before that and now making the jump to mechanicals.

    Thanks.. the vendor actually just called me and he thought the same thing and is going to send me a new O Ring. I emailed the site earlier. That's great customer service. I would say who but I am not sure it is allowed to say who they are in this forum . New O ring it is.

    I was able to loosen the negative pin. I have it tightened all the way down. Same issue

    The battery is a new sony vtc4. When I push the firing button and hold it I can't turn the negative pin. Does not appear to be threaded
