    Thanks :) Good to know :D I will try filling from the other end and see what happens. I'm not afraid of syringes (worked in health care for too long too be bothered by them - lol), but I'd be worried I'd just damage the inside of the cartos if I starting poking around in them ;)

    I haven't tried boiling or cleaning them yet - I'm just trying to get maximum use before I toss them. Maybe the cleaning is what extends the life of the cartos. I just noticed some people saying they just top off their carts without cleaning and they get several weeks or more use out of them ...

    Thanks for the tip :) I just asked on another board if anyone knew of a better fill method for the cartos (especially cool-carts). I will have to try filling from the battery end and rolling - perhaps I'll get more than 2 refills out of a carto that way :D
