    Apart from raising nic levels, trying a 5v or 6v device might also help. Also give yourself a big pat on the back for making a positive choice, buying your PV and cutting down on the smokes. :) .

    Pacifier...that said, if I put it down and get involved in doing something, I don't have to stop for a "vape" every 10 minutes which I used to have to do when I was a smoker. .

    Anoter shout for the venerable 510. Those Janty "Tesla Filters" should be out soon as well, which will (IMO) revolutionise 510's. Not too impressed with cartomizers...and I really wanted to be, but they only work well at 5v (once again, just my personal experience/opinion). .

    You will find big changes with taste and smell once your taste buds re-awaken. It's always worth digging out the juices that you didn't really like several weeks down the line and giving them another go. .
