    I've never smoked before in my life. Advice?

    I started at 19, still a kid, but not 14 like some people I've met. My mom started at 35, after being married to a smoker for 10 years, then they both quit with Chantix at 45. Not a lot of adults start smoking, but there are some out there.

    TH or Vapor?

    I have had throat hit that makes my lungs ache, and puts me into this crazy coughing fit... I got my delivery of Vapor Renu juices with mild TH, and it is sooo much better for me! I love vapor though, I don't feel like I am getting anything in my lungs if I don't see the vapor!
