Wow, what a freaking drive! Took me 3 days to drive 1750 miles with 2 kids, but I did it, and I am finally here in Eau Claire! Not that anyone lives near me (I don't think??) or wants to bring me dessert flavored juices, lol!!

How did the meetup go? I wish I could have been there, but man, after driving 3 days I was NOT going to drive another 3 hours! Haha

I got my oldest daughter registered for school today, so she starts tomorrow, which will be nice for me.. woops, I mean HER.

The movers still haven't gotten here with our furniture so we are staying in a motel, but they should be here tomorrow or Wednesday. Let me tell you about staying in 1 room with a light sleeping baby and a snoring husband, holy hell I don't think I have gotten more than 6 hours sleep since I left Vegas!

Hope everyone is well, and enjoying this beautiful weather! It sure beats the Vegas heat!!

Make sure you try some of the Lienenkugels beer - you should be able to find it just about everywhere in that area - and if you've got time - see if the brewery still does tours - they're in Chippewa Falls - about 20 minutes north of you.

I haven't seen a single casino yet! I don't like them anyway, might as well be glorified robbers... I never walk away with MORE money than I came with!!

Beer and cheese- this IS my kinda state!! I have been eating cheese curds like they are going out of style, and probably putting on 50 lbs too, but I don't even care, they are so yummy!! We went to Northwoods Brewery yesterday and had some beers, very tasty! I will have to try that one you mentioned..
