    Sounds like you have quite the give and take situation! Your new apartment does have washer/dryer hook ups though? I was looking on craigslist, and there is a lot of pretty cheap washers and dryers- I'm talking like $150 for both. Not too bad, but I suppose that depends on each individuals...
