    your assumption is correct. A cartomizer has filler, which has a tendency to burn and alter the flavor. The tank system has no filler.

    make sure to also purchase a 5v, 2 amp wall adapter for use. you cannot get 5 volts from a USB port on a computer. The USB ports cannot supply enough current, so your voltage under load will drop substantially, making it only marginally better than a normal 3.7 volt pv.

    when you say pure, it implies that it is undiluted. The addition of PG dilutes the "pure" nicotine into a usable product. Pure nicotine is extremely dangerous, and is not readily commercially available. What does the bottle say? 100 mg/mL?

    good point, boiling down to a higher OG might be necessary. I've never seen an IPA juice before, I wonder what the heat would do to the alpha acids?
