Thank you Bov! I chuckled at “zoomies” but what a PERFECT description of “dogs gone crazy”. I will be sure to use that one when my dogs are zipping around the yard kicking up dirt! I too am sorry for the loss of another friend ElDee.

I’m in a bit of a fog from shock as of late. A cousin that I’m very close to (yes another one) was just diagnosed with uterine cancer. She’s still in her 50s and hasn’t done a bit of partying in her life. No alcohol, no drugs, nada! I’m having a very difficult time trying to wrap my head...

Safe travels Salem. Hope it’s the last trip and you get someone closer. I know the feeling and how awesome it was when I was finally able to have Madison seen by a local eye doctor, after 8 years of traveling to see specialist. ElDee, to statin or not? Your health, your choice my friend and I...

I know first hand how fast a body can face plant...and have the ugly scar on my right eye for life to prove it! I stepped off of my bilco door with backless sneakers and onto a rounded bit of concrete; rolled my ankle and launched me into a retaining wall (behind me!...I got skills I tell ya...

I sure will! Bo scowled at me a bit for adding more pills to his daily arsenal, but he took them anyway! My mom started today with just one in the am and one in the pm, not sure of cousins plan although I told them what worked for you. :) All of our vitamins and supplements are way cheaper at...

I stopped by Sams club yesterday on my way through to deliver juice. I bought 3 bottles of the Turmeric Curcumin complex. One for Bo, one for my mom, and the other for my cousin. Today is day one! Keeping fingers crossed that it helps them with their aches and pains. Thank you again Salem!

That’s fantastic Bov! I can imagine what a pain in the rear it would be to have to be outside with the dogs every time they need a potty break. Especially in bad weather. Years ago we put a doggy door on our side porch so I literally just had to open my house door and out they’d go. Now I go...

ElDee that is fantastic news!!! So happy to hear it. Now you better be eating more than once per day, but I am sure this episode has convinced you of that. Hugs! Wharf, I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers until your tests are all behind you. So tired and glad to see this stressful...

Nobody’s toes were stepped on that I am aware of. I was offended by none! After all, y’all are the only bunch to ever get away with calling me a buzzard! ;) Salem, dentures will definitely be in my future as I have had one root canal and never will I ever do that again! The sucker broke off at...

I definitely feel MUCH better, and in ways I never expected to. My plantar fasciitis just disappeared, poof! My skin is clearer, sciatica hasn’t bothered me in months, I no longer feel that mid day slump, and brain fog is much better too. Now the buggers of this are having to buy new clothes bc...

Nope! That one was in a different spot and I am thinking Miss Maddie might have been plucking its leaves!!! **insert eye roll here** I am so happy with each new little leaf that emerges from its center. I’m really anxious to see if it reblooms. Just leaves now for months, but I suppose it’s...

I too have heard that Keto is not recommended for long term. I can tell you from experience though, it seriously takes weight off! Both my daughter and I have lost the weight that we so desperately wanted to lose. 40 lbs for me and 35 for her. I’m 8 months in and maintaining has been pretty...

I am with you all on the side of natural vs pharma. 100% whenever possible. My ex hubs is having a crisis again so in the midst of all that sheet by phone, I didn’t get to stop in to sams club...but I will, soon! So curious about that turmeric curcumin blend! Good thinking about those bp...

Thank you for the link Salem! I too am a sams club member, so I’m stopping there Friday on my way through when I deliver juice to stores and getting some. Do any of you know if it’s safe for a diabetic to take? My mom is on metformin but has arthritis in her hips. I wonder if I should ask her...

Mark, I’m hoping if you have to be getting more snow, you at least get the low end of the totals. Don’t worry my friend, that thing they call spring should arrive soon. Salem I would love to learn what the correct kind of turmeric is that helped you so much. Bo has joint pain and The...

I believe we got the lower end of the 4-8 predicted. Good! School is closed so Maddie will be happy about that. 16 days until SPRING!!!!! **insert a back handspring here** (yeah, in my dreams maybe!) I’m doing a couple hours of work from home today, then let the digging out begin. I hope...
