    That is true but the problum was actully getting the tracking number in the first place. And USPS does tell you when they have been notified that a package is coming (if the shipper uses the web to print off shipping) So no tracking number it hasn't been sent yet...

    most cosmetic grade chemicals are also food grade, expecially if they are approved for eye area use, heck some cosmetic chemicals have to be more pure then food or USP grade.
