Thanks for the review Credo.... btw. gotvapes came out with another new product:
GotVapes VORTEX 808 Bottom Coil Clearomizer - 1.2ml 2.7ohm 5PK
My buddy ordered some so i'm still waiting to hear his opinion. I thought Drew at nHaler mentioned once that he tried some like these and had issues...
Drew,
Question... in that video where you're showing the smart PCC case with the MF batts it looks like only the black batts have the rubberized coating... so which ones have that rubberized finish? or do I just need to put my glasses on?
These batts are identical to those in question except that you can get them with shipping etc out the door for less than those other ones before the crazy $7 shipping minimum even. And I might add these are excellent batts. Had mine for several weeks now and I stopped using everything else...
Dittoes. I got a black one with an orange LED kinda expected blue but don't really care as it performs exactly as advertised. I can barely tolerate using my old batts anymore. I'll order another one when i run out of cartos.
yes but i like 78's. ;-)
got a black one on the way. no clue what color the LED is. i'll let you know what I think.
I've been absolutely loving my bmf batt with the dripper cartos. Its just the right combo.
So long as these batts perform the same i'm happy.
Drew @ Nhaler has got some new items and a restock of cartos. Should be on his site later today.

He's got the Bloog-a-like batts complete (with the rubberized finish) and more "dripper"...
I think your wasting your time unless you clean the entire wick. I was able to dry burn the heck out of mine but to no avail. i think the key part is getting it apart and cleaning the whole wick and/or burning it with a very hot lighter. well, i can't say for positive that will succeed just...
THey are the same you just can't get the damn things apart. I nearly broke a batt doing what you were trying to do, pull apart a non-clear ce2. I could have gone back and ordered the clears and pulled em apart and maybe successfully done all that but I just don't think I should have to go...
I tried dry burning some w/ my USB passthrough. Didn't help. soaked em in vinegar and rinsed with hot water too. still nasty. had the stainless ones so I couldn't take them apart to try burning the wick with a butane lighter (not that I have one of those either).
SPECIAL EDITION 2011 CE2-X Cartomizers
For those who don't know, the original release of these things was a huge flop and they are widely discussed with contempt. The problem was two fold... the wicking did not draw the juice well enough so a couple of good hits and you'd have to wait or...
Ack... only the mini's!! you had me so excited too. :-\
That $20 PCC looks nice and the price is right. Mine's getting a bit aged... that looks like a standard 78mm length PCC but it doesn't say anywhere. I assume it's a standard connector that'll work with any kr8...?
I have to disagree... the bloog MF batt is a fine battery. It's got a faster trigger and is regulated. I am going to replace my standard batts with regulated ones. The thing you must understand is that being regulated means its producing a lower voltage off a fresh charge but the trade-off is...
ditto for me. I have two generic kr8 batts from same vendor that perform differently. one is really "hot" and comes off a charge with a high voltage and the other is more mellow, they even have different cutoff times, a fact to which the vendor didn't even know about. I don't buy from that...
I had a new style kr808 batt that got too juiced and was lighting up whenever I held it connector side down.
All I did was let it sit standing upright on a paper towel for 3-4 hours and came back to find the paper towel had a little juice stain around the batt. Then I whipped it really hard a...
