Yeah..I made a color mistake on a prior order and immediate online convo indicated I could only cancel the order and wait 3 days for refund and place another order...uhh nevermind wont be any left of those by then :)
hey guys...does anybody know if the hotcig dx200 needs the screen cable refolding? cant remember which ones had issues..?? just wondering, not a big deal but no sense cracking it open if its alright as it comes
They wont work correctly in TC mode...the ceramic is heat sinking off from the coil so even thought the coil reaches temp (and corresponding resistance) it shuts down early because the heat is dissipated so fast...In short TC wont work right...but these coils work fine in straight wattage mode...
Yeah..that too...Im guilty of charging them full and setting them aside...just so many going lousy all within a short period seems untypical
Im wondering if the newer high drain nickle chemistry might be going the other way?..or perhaps its a crappy batch of 25Rs or something...just wondering
Sure theres some standard degredation but considering a dozen or so batteries spread across multiple mods Im figuring an average 150-200 charge cycles...some more some less, but the degredation instead of 10-30% is falling below 50%...all on regulated mods so they arent being run into the ground...
out of curosity, has anybody else noticed a rash of lousy battery capacity post subohming...Ive had a rash run of depleted capacity 25Rs since switching over the last few months...almost seems like all at once...most of them were 12-16months old...say about a dozen plus between two users....just...
Its a physics issue, nothing is malfunctioning...the TC is working as designed but the physical parameters are not achieving the desired end results at least vaper wise
..as things currently are TC is not going to work "right" with ceramic encased heads theres just too much thermal mass to heat...
yeah...I saw this same issue on 3 different PVs in TC mode...TC works by measuring resistance drop of the coil as the coil heats on Ni (and Ti & SS)...but in these ceramic heads the coils reach temp far before the surrounding ceramic does hence the TC is working but not with these heads like if...
