    They told me they were going to send me replacement batteries for the 510 clone they have and they never did. I'm done trying to resolve this with them and I'm done ordering from them but I'm glad the OP had a good experience. I did like them till they bs'd me about replacing those screwed up...

    I don't think people are sucking up to him I just think people haven't had many bad experiences with him. However, I can understand where the OP is coming from but I have a feeling if a phone call was made it would have turned out a little different.

    I'm not saying you did anything wrong, this is just a general observation.... The phone works wonders sometimes in helping out with icky misunderstood online conversations. Sometimes all it takes is a 5 minute conversation on the phone to clear things up. Hope it all works out in the wash.
