    Question about Doublers

Yes, Geoff has said many times that the Doublers are designed specifically to mix with his nic juices to lower the nic content. I was actually hoping that the doublers would be 'double flavor' for cutting with unflavored nic juice, but that is unfortunately not the case. That being said, I do...

    V2 not working

Take the switch housing and switch out of the tube, and be careful keeping it all together. Then, put it back into the tube, but let it sit a bit above the tube. Don't push it in all the way. Next, screw on the adapter. This will 'set' the switch housing properly and likely fix your problem.

Please HELP!! I am MELTING my attys

Well, the vapor is going to be pretty darn warm / hot - that's what vaping at 5 volts does. Perhaps you're just not used to it yet. ;-) Regarding dripping on a 510 at 5 volts, here's what I have found to be ideal: On a totally dry 510 atty that hasn't been used yet (or has just been...

    Prodigy V2 and Cartos

Don't mind the 'stuck in the sort facility' status, it means nothing. PS shipments are notorious for evading the scan system, and almost all of my orders from them arrive while the status still shows 'processed through sort facility'. Your order should still land as you expect it to. ;-)

Who sells blanks without stickers on them? I'd love to find them for my V2... Anyone know? Thanks!

RN4072 and 801 atty performance drop off (quickly) ?

I do not use anything at 3.7 volts right now, but I certainly have in the recent past. For me, the only atty that's worth running on a 3.7v mod is the 510. 801's require more power, and are better suited for 5v / 6v mods. The 302's are pretty much the same as RN4072's, and I do not like them...

Prodigy v2 or USB pass? So Confused!

Actually, the Prodigy V2 runs at about 5.15 volts under load. Here's a link to the load testing results for all of the Puresmoker devices: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/puresmoker/38341-how-test-device-under-load-prodigy-other-devices.html

RN4072 and 801 atty performance drop off (quickly) ?

I find that both heavily-colored liquids and VG trash 801 attys very quickly. My 510s seem to handle VG and coloring much better... So, I suggest either moving to lighter colored liquids or switching to the 510. Powering an 801 at 3.7 volts is not an easy thing to maintain IMO. ;-)

    Prodigy V2

I'm digging my V2 as well. It hits slightly harder than my V1, but powers my 510's perfectly. It's just what I was hoping it would be. ;-) One note: when I first fired my V2 up yesterday, it wasn't performing very well at all. After taking it apart and putting it back together, it came to life...

the "i just ordered my v2" thread

Thanks Steve, I appreciate it. I've grown to love the 510's on my V1, and I'd really like to replace it with the V2 when it lands. ;-)

the "i just ordered my v2" thread

I'm really curious as to how the 510's will perform on the V2. I use a V1 Prodigy with my 510's now, and at ~4.85 volts it's great. However, when I try to run a 510 on my Xhaler (which runs at about 5.5v), it's way too hot and it burns the juice. So, since the V2 will run at about 5.2 volts, I'm...

    Prodigy V2 what we know?

The bare bones kit makes sense, actually. On the 'not yet really visible' Prodigy V2 product page, there is a dropdown menu to select the adapter you want included. Also, the product description reads like this: Base Kit: 1 x Stainless Steel Battery Housing (Machined Tube/Switch/End...

    Could it be my attys?

Aside from doing periodic dry burns to help re-inspire the flavors in your gunked-up atomizers, the only real solution here is to switch to a new atty about every week. That's what I've finally resorted to, and all that seems to satisfy me. I've tried every cleaning and maintenance ritual that...

XHALER VIDEO And instrutions to Come!!!

Dude, it does vape at 5 volts. It's sad to see that you've been lead to doubt this, especially in the face of conclusive evidence. I can honestly tell you that I have an Xhaler, I know what 5 volts feels like, and the Xhaler vapes at 5 volts. Don't let false information being thrown around by...

    Prodigy vs Xhaler

That's an odd assumption to make. Have you surveyed 'most people'? ;-) Regardless, more people would probably suggest the Prodigy, mainly because it has a user base and has been out for a while. This, however, doesn't adequately answer the 'which is better' question at all. ...D

Attys. You are the weakest link.

Perhaps I'm missing something in theory, but wouldn't increasing the resistance of an atomizer to make it a 'high voltage atomizer' pretty much negate the effects of the higher voltage? The point of powering an atty with more than 3.7 volts is to produce more heat. So, doesn't modding an...

Is VG juice killing my 510 attys?

I have a running theory that the coloring of certain flavorings contributes directly to attys loosing their muscle. It seems that whenever I'm vaping dark, over-colored liquids my attys begin to lose flavor and vapor production starts to fall off. Doing periodic 'dry burns' seems to resurrect...

    Prodigy vs Xhaler

I have both the Prodigy and the Xhaler, so I can offer my take: The short answer is this: I like both units for different reasons, but I prefer the Xhaler. The Prodigy: Pros: - Button placement - Runs under load at almost exactly 5 volts - Adapter reservoir for catching any leaking juice...
