18650 recomendations for DNA30 NOT LOW OHM

LG orange 18650 help... I'm Lost!
I just bought a battery bank to use as a case for a DNA20 or DNA30 Build and it had 2 batteries in it already. The only info I can find fur sure is they are LG 18650 2800 mah. I have found WILDLY conflicting info on the c rating. I have read .2C, 2C, and 20C. Thats too much discrepency for my...- Elfsong
