E-liquid ingredient (PG) question
So I've been trying to do research on what to buy. Let's face it, I need to kick the nasty habit. Anyway, in my research I came across an ingredient used in the majority of e-liquids - Propylene Glycol. I had no idea what it was so I looked it up on the MSDS.
