There have been an outrageous amount of complaints about a vendor using the name Smoking Everywhere both online and in kiosks at the mall. Bad products, worse service, no refunds, refused exchanges, sometimes never even getting shipped. Obviously, we need to know who they are and avoid them... -

Refining my review system.
