I've read a few people who have encountered this problem, and it happened not even 3 days into use. I've taken it apart, everything is perfect. The only thing I can do is tap the opposite side of the button on my desk and it will work for a short while. It's not firing at 100%, maybe 50-70%...

Friggen awesome mod, I have never owned, held, seen a SB in person...this thing rocks! One question though, the 510 connection is raised above the mod, making any device connected raise making a gap. Has anyone ever sanded down that connector housing to make devices sit flush?

I don't have one, but from reading about it, there is a delrin insulator somewhere inside of the switch that is minutely too large. I could be wrong, but it takes some elbow grease to get it working correctly.

So I just took a 5/32nds to the middle hole, still a bit stiff for me so I'm going to try and make another 5/32nds beside it. I have come across a new problem...in dripper mode it's leaky where the white rubber piece in between the two posts are. I have, three times now, changed my battery...
