I've read a few people who have encountered this problem, and it happened not even 3 days into use. I've taken it apart, everything is perfect. The only thing I can do is tap the opposite side of the button on my desk and it will work for a short while. It's not firing at 100%, maybe 50-70%...

Friggen awesome mod, I have never owned, held, seen a SB in person...this thing rocks! One question though, the 510 connection is raised above the mod, making any device connected raise making a gap. Has anyone ever sanded down that connector housing to make devices sit flush?

It's just comical... wrapped a 8/9 micro of this insane 22g kanthal a-1 around a 4"ish loop of 2mm ekowool. The vamo said .4 ohms, my meter said .2, so it's somewhere right there! edit - Look at how long that thing stays hot for! This 22g can HOLD some heat!! It stayed red for 3-5...
