    Still better than analogs!!!

Wow, there must be as batch if gremlins out there lately with all this talk of going back to analogs. Sure these things are quirky but after 4 months I am about to lay these down (I plan to within the month) with no thought of going back to those evil stinky organics. I have to agree it has had...

    E-Liquid & Heartburn

I had a little with the higher nicotine juices. Can't use nicorette or the nicotine lozenges because with those it's much worse. After one day on those my stomach aches constantly.

    Curious about the M-Series...

The "Smart" battery refers to the charge, useful life and behavior, I believe. They charge really fast, at least on the usb charger. About 45 minutes and when they reach charge they stop and the led on the battery tip comes on constant. No further charging is going to happen and there is no...

Goodbye and thanks for all the fish

Sorry for your sad experience with some spineless lower lifeform but please stick around. We all benefit from your inciteful commentary and will miss it!

    Any real confiscations yet?????

While it's always possible, it is far more unlikely for a small package to get as much focus going through customs. The consumer orders from China are likely 99% safe at customs. You just have the problem that getting any follow up or warranty service is not as practical or likely. What I was...

    Intellicig EVO reliability problems

I have both and they are completely interchangeable. If it were not for the markings on the EVO atomizer, I could not tell anything on them apart. I marked my batteries so I could tell them apart because they act exactly the same. So far the only real advantage I see in the EVO is that the...

    Any real confiscations yet?????

I had a feeling that this was currently more a worry than a reality. Just wanted a sanity check for us! Once again assuming there are no afirmative instances! Meanwhile vape on!

    Any real confiscations yet?????

OK, we have had all sorts of musings here about the FDA. Whether they have declared war on these evil e-cigarettes through their henchmen in US customs. It is way too easy for fear mongering to get a foot hold and for us to start stockpiling liquid and parts all over conjecture and speculation...

PEG a new ingredient, instead of PG and VG

From Wikipedia: Polyethylene glycol has a low toxicity[4] and is used in a variety of products. It is the basis of a number of laxatives (e.g. macrogol-containing products such as Movicol and polyethylene glycol 3350, or MiraLax or GlycoLax). It is the basis of many skin creams, as...

PEG a new ingredient, instead of PG and VG

Yes you are correct in that we will pay the bill. In the long run if we are to have access to these products and with some oversight, it will cost money. All consumer product we ingest incur these costs. Sorry no free ride!!!!

PEG a new ingredient, instead of PG and VG

I'll go one better. We need for the producers to start the approval processes with the FDA and other national agencies. They are the ones making money on this and should be the ones to foot the bill for health agencies approvals. Then listing the contents would either be obligatory or at least a...

    m401 -Evo compatability

I have an EVO and a M401. I have exclusively used the EVO USB charger for both and all parts are compatible. YEAH :p If there were no markings I could not tell them apart. There are subtle differences in use but not much in my experience. OOOOOOOH no, I'll get flamed for that!!! 8-o8-o LOL

Comment by 'Pleased2BHere' in 'Ethics of Reviewing...'

Hey Leaford, Your reviews have always seemed genuine and so long as you keep that up, I see no real problem with soliciting or taking freebies. There will always be nasayers and that is just part of the game, but the bulk of the audience can tell what is what. As far as ads, they will likely...

    Battery university

I have no doubt that this is the average experience. However, these are very inexpensive chargers and there is likely going to be some variation (10-20%) in the point where the led changes. I have a background in electronics but am not an engineer. I did some investigation into Lithium Ion...

    My Intellicig EVO Review

As per John at Intellicig, when the led stays on, the battery is charged. Also has overcharge prevention circuitry!!!! YEAH!

    Battery university

Good post and essential to understanding an important aspect of these devices. I have been consistently curious at the initial use advice given by the manufaturers. The charge routine they advise would be very appropriate for NiCad's which have a "memory" but don't apply to Lithium Ion...

    Anyone Miss Analogs???

I miss the bulletproof performance of lighting up and having a predictably good smoke. These things are just not there yet. I do not miss the distain from anti-smokers, the smell and the continued health damage though. I hope these stay "legal" long enough to get better performance.

    Janty. Problems, problems, problems.

Kind of sounds like you got a stinker. I would approach Jeff and see about a replacement. I am on month 2 with a kissbox classic and no issues, although I never use the auto switch. The batteries last me about 4 hours of use before they start to fall off, but that seems average.

    dead battery

Sounds like what happened to me. I had an atomizer short out and I proceeded to put it on every battery I had trying to get it to work. It immediately killed each battery. Don't forget there is a chip in those and drawing maximum current from the battery through that chip seems to fry it...
