    paint coming off battery

if you don't have a wire wheel, try steel wood. It will remove the paint and leave the body shiny.

    bringing atomizers back to life

If you want to clean the stock wick, use a pliers to hold on the spike and burn it on the stove until the wick is glowing red. The wick will become bright white again when it cools down. Make sure to let it cool down before touching it, it gets hot. If you are getting weird flavors on new wick...

What the hell is that taste (burnt)

Awesome instructions. I pretty much do the exact same thing.I am going to have to try the toothpick for scraping the coil. I am currently using a 1/16 flat head screw driver for scraping.

    Poor Wicking

One word of caution, I have ruined a coil removing the spike. The wick was fused to the coil and broke the coil on one side with spike removal. After that incident I always soak in alcohol for a few hours before removing the spike. I am like chefkeith, I don't bother to clean the wick,I just...

    Poor Wicking

Well I can tell you this. The wick is still the weak point. Not any different from joye version. The wick usually goes bad before anything else. Buy 2mm silica wick or stainless steel mesh. Boiling, cleaning with alcohol works great, but only for a limited time. Think in 9 months I have only...

Would removing some wick fibers improve flow to the atty

I think it might actually make it worse. More wick means more liquid getting to the coil. It will burn more. Removing wick material will increase the draw(suck).

    Wishlist for an eRoll 2

I use different colors of permanent marker and put one dot on the tank just above the cone line. Red,blue, green, black, ect. The color does eventually wear off,or rubbing alcohol takes it off.

    Poor Wicking

I purchased a new attys from ovale. The wicks seem to be the same. It did however have no issues. I noticed how much better the fit is from the spike to the cone. Much easier to put the spike back. The fit is not tight or loose, just right. I have noticed that approximately 1 out 10 joye attys...

    Wishlist for an eRoll 2

I would like a way to charge the battery sticks without the pcc. You could buy 10-15 batteries have them charged and filled and have a days worth of vaping. Store them in a cigarette case for easy transport.

Charging eRoll PCC - does it have to be dead?

Actually you should charge before the red light comes on. It supposed to better for the battery. That being said battery life is about charge cycles so don't charge when you don't need to.

    Joyetech vs Ovale

I have never used the V8, but I can say that the ovale ecab is better than the joyetech version.

    Joyetech vs Ovale

My initial impression is that the ovale is better than joye. Everything seems to made better. The tank fits is tighter, the atty fits snug in the base. The manufacturing tolerances seem better. The packaging was better as well. Instead of cardboard inserts everything is protected by foam...

    Eroll doesn't wick properly

It doesn't always have to do with viscosity. I have juices that plug the wick faster just because they have more sediment(for lack of a better word). The wick acts like a filter and clogs up. Some don't' burn just they just filter to the point of no flavor. A good cleaning will help. I have even...

    Joyetech vs Ovale

I have an ecab, and atomizers on order from Ovale. They should be here sometime this week. I will post more when I can compare the joye version to the ovale.

    Is my eRoll defective?

Make sure the pcc is fully charged. The red light should be off for a full charge. The same for charging the charging the battery stick. The blue light should be off for a full charge.

First 4 months- no problem, now killing batteries quickly

I purchased a new eroll kit 2 weeks ago. I have one battery that leaks constantly. I started messing around with it. I tried to make sure the cone was on correctly, and noticed the the connection on the battery was turning. What i did not realize is that I actual turned the connection to much...

First 4 months- no problem, now killing batteries quickly

I think it might be time to start buying ovale instead of joyetech. I think joyetech is selling products that ovale refuses because of defects.Joyetech - They Aren't the E-Cigarette Manufacturer You Think They Are! | E-Cig Express Blog "According to a top executive at one of companies, they...
