I'd rather use a 30ga or even a 32ga Kanthal wire. In addition, try different coil builds. I've learned that my "Nice Melons" did really well with a dragon coil. Google for Rip Tripper's coil build videos. They are entertaining and informative.

I have both, the TOBH and the Trident V2. I'd recommend the Trident as a first RDA. With it you can build either a single or a double coil. The TOBH is designed for double coils.
