    No I just quit nicotine about 3 weeks ago, I'm vaping only flavor and no nicotine. I have one vape with just 50/50 and no flavor. My body after 40 years of nicotine has spiked my blood pressure up high during the day , cant figure out why?

    Hitt just had my blood drawn also will visit dr next week to go over. Dude cholesterol in itself no problem, LDH being high is no good.

    Sorry been more than a few days. Been going to gym almost every morning, my neighborhood pool 2-3 times a week. Plan to go to state park cabin at lake Murray in southern Oklahoma a few days before Ms PT gets back from Spain.

    You just have to go everyday your supposed to, there are days I do not want go but I force myself. Just like when I quit cigarettes 2-4 years after I started vaping, I knew it was time and no looking back however I wanted a real Cig from time to time but stuck with it. For sure have not wanted...
