OK I'm back! reset worked Thanks Hitt. Been a busy few days, went to Lake cabin, nice weather, laid out by resort pool. and Ms PT came home last night.
I started PT Wednesday and he gave me several exercises to do daily. I thought it would be more stretches but mostly it’s exercises to strengthen core. He gave me a resistance band to use for some of them.
Im going to a PT (not wife) but believe it or not my ex-sister in law! She does Myofascial release which is different but wife said try it. OK headed to gym.
I did my exercises last night and finished with a few stretches that my wife showed me from when she did PT. I felt much better this morning. I’m a little surprised that he gave me mostly strength exercises and not really any true stretches but I did tell him that my wife gave me some.
OK rained a bit last few days but today should be fine. Going to the pool today!
It’s been a little cooler here in the low to middle 80’s. I finally finished my landscaping project Monday. Boy I was sore the next day. I still need to do a little dirt work and plant some seed but the hard part is done.
Nice back yard! Love to show you mine but this place has been a rental ever since we bought it 10 years ago, nothing to show. Maybe next year. Ms PT made it safely to Nebraska.
I understand. There’s a rental down the street and the lawn is never kept up good.
My doctor ordered a cologuard test for me. I’m less than excited about dropping it off at the ups store this morning. I probably should have scheduled a pickup. I’m liking my new doctor. It seems like I found one that seems to care unlike my last one.
Hey! I had the same thing! Shipped to me and unlike past years you sent a swab back now they want you to send whole thing back. Kinda gross and intrusive.
Ironically my doctors office called to tell me the the test was negative today!!
Hopefully mine is too. I just got home from my second PT session. It was a good one. Got more new exercises to do.
He’s got me scheduled for a four visit plan going every two weeks. I’m learning a lot.
Well its Sunday, going to pool after gym today. We are going 2 nights to a state camp ground Mon -Weds but looks like rain forecasted.
Good morning. I slept late today. I got a negative test result yesterday on my cologuard. That is one less thing to worry about.

I spent about four hours yesterday doing lawn work and am paying for it today. I ran my new dethatcher yesterday then cleaned that up. After that was seed and fertilizer. Then mulch in the backyard and I still had dirt in the wheelbarrow from the stones project that needed taken care of. Holy cow my back was sore last night and this morning. It’s finally feeling a little better now.
