Frankly I think "electronic cigarette" isn't a very marketable name. I'm going to be selling at the flea market, and I'm thinking possibly "digital cigarette" in place of it.

Seems for several years, mosquito bites would get me and then disappear within a day without being much of a bother. It was weird. Great, but weird. Mysteriously that fantastic condition went away, and I'm back to itching ankles while waiting in lines, like the rest of you :P

I wish I had the time (and money :P) to start an e-cig store. In the meantime, I think you'd be well-served to divide up your offerings into sections.... i.e. Sweet/fruity, tobacco, mints, etc. Make it clean and pretty, ala blu, and come through with the service of Eastmall and you should do...

I truly do not understand the tax argument. The government has shown itself to be very adept at levying new taxes, and they wouldn't mind doing it to us if it became lucrative.

You can bludgeon someone to death with a toaster, but they don't regulate them like they do guns. Same thing might apply here if they need an excuse to get e-cigs off the market.

This is actually a superb point. If you (or anybody else) has a scan of this addressed to somebody else, it should be sent to the Senator. Request that he probe the FDA for something more than bureaucratic form letters, at a time when 400,000 people are dying from smoking every single year.

This industry is in need of strong leading businesses and standards. Right now e-cigs are essentially a sea of small firms with a few slightly better-known small firms thrown in the mix. Thats why this sort of crap happens. They owe you a 10% refund.
