    I second the Plume Veil, very easy to build, and adjustable top, can make the dome smaller. I just got a clone yesterday, favorite RDA to date.

    I built a twisted kanthal dual mico coil and it's reading at 0.4 ohms, which is the lowest I have gone. I have an AW IMR 18650 (3.7V 2000mAh (7.4 WH), and a Sony VTC4 Safe to use this build with these batteries and is there more risk on a battery that is getting low on it's charge? Thanks.
