best option/supplier for VTC4/5 alternatives

I need some new 18650's for my mech mods, I am looking for a reliable US supplier to order from and since vtc's seem to be out of stock everywhere, I would like to know what the other good options are, I don't want to mess with ebay or amazon and end up with some fake batteries, as I usually build around 0.28 - 0.3 ohms lately.
