Before this gets out of Hand, Anybody in medicine is already aware that its not uncommon at all for spontaneous pneumothorax to present in young people with thin builds. No it doesn't happen every day but it does happen more often than people in general know. Cheers

It's my alienware Aurora R3. intel I7 clocked @ 3.9 nothing changed in years cept faster mem to keep up with the cpu oc. never missed a beat yet. cpu core change from -1 to -7 no help at all...
