I finally got my order that was placed on Feb 5...I also received an email saying they had to let go an employee and were backed up... It still doesn't excuse the poor customer service...just hoping the taste of the golden gate punch is worth it! :glare:

I placed an order 5 days ago...Payment was received but nothing has been shipped...I've tried contacting them but no reply. They were quick to reply when asking when juices would be in stock again.... I am not happy. Poor customer service! :glare:
