Papa my Kayfun replacement parts finally showed up today, got 'em installed and all is good! Currently vaping GeJ 24 mg Analog in it, 1.6 ohms @ 9 watts. Highly recommended.

I too broke the tank (sob) and like you replaced the glass with a 20mm OD plastic tank from an AGR which works just fine and I no longer have to worry about breaking it.

The best wicking arrangement I've found is a single 3mm silica wick just long enough to reach half way down the wells on each side with cotton filler in the wells feeding the silica and not touching the coil. I love the way cotton wicks but I can taste the stuff when it's heated no matter if...

Jerms, once you've gone to the "dark side" there is no turning back. I have 2 Russian 91%, a 3.1 clone and a couple of others and they are the best vapes ever. You have done well Luke Skywalker.

One of the common culprits is the top chimney o-ring not sealing which can be a bad/undersized o-ring or the center portion of the tank misaligned, usually caused by a cross threaded clear tank which offsets the chimney with the top o-ring resulting in flooding.

I'm with you on the Analog, Jeff, I always have some on hand. As far as coils go I can get about 6ml of quality vaping out of Analog before the gunk kicks in and it's like turning on a light switch when it does. One hit it's fine and the next it's pure ash tray. I have found the same to be true...
