Do you have a link for the replacement of the tank? I need one too... I chipped some small pieces out of it while removing the cap ..... Now instead of just pulling it out I just twist it clock wise while pulling out very very lightly.

Thanks to all for the replies, since I originally posted this, I have bought the IGO-L, IGO-W, Chimbus and RSST. Out of all 4, I like the performance of the W, follow by the L then RSST and last the Chimbus. Actually I don't like the chimbus at all, posts are misaligned and cap fits loose...

@Rooster47 just wondering if you fixed this issue? did you try adjusting the copper contact pins? perhaps there's a little bit of gap between you atty and the pin, I have used my SS diablo with an RSST, IGO L, IGO W, Nimbus etc and no issues like yours yet, but I have to slightly adjust the pin...
