Researchers call for retraction of NEJM paper showing dangers of e-cigarettes

Exactly! I'm reading medical articles all the time and it's a wonder consensus is ever reached, especially with something this controversial. That's why "the saga continues". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Comment by 'grumpypathdoc' in '18650 Battery Ratings and Performance Table'

Thanks for the info. At least you are looking out for the clueless battery user like myself. I just started using replaceable battery mods and luckily found your previous chart to aid me in making a decision as to what batteries to buy. I purchased the batteries before I even decided what mods...

    IPV D2 - 75W - PIONEER4YOU vs. SIGELEI 75W TC TEMP CONTROL MOD

After a lot of research I bit the bullet and purchased both the IPV D2 and the 4S (the smaller for travel and the 4S for use at home). I also purchased an Indulgence Mutation X V4 RDA, a SMOK TFV4 Sub Ohm Tank Full Kit and the Uwell Crown Sub OhmStainless Tank. I also have some titanium wire on...

    Sigelei 75W V. IPV D2

I'm glad I found this thread. I've been agonizing over which mod to get and have been going back between the Sig 75w TC and one of the Pioneer4You mods. I corresponded with Michael at Asmodus as I knew they did warranty service for Pioneer and Sigelei and were no longer providing service for...

    Sigelei 75w Temp Control

Thanks for the recommendations. I've got to research some of the criticisms of the Sig75 but still giving it serious consideration. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sigelei 75w Temp Control

Now that I'm back to vaping, I'm seriously considering buying the Sigelei 75W TC, thought I'll go through one of our US vendors. I have a few questions I'd like to ask the trusted posters here. What tank does everyone like the best? Best batteries? Nothing like starting from scratch. Again.

FDA Could the FDA really regulate E-Liquid??

I think this is the appropriate thread to post this on but anyone with more seniority wants to desiminate it more widely, please do. I've (hopefully) attached a link to a letter to the editor of the NYT by Margaret Hamburg, Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration that seems to clarify...

    FDA FDA deeming regulation proposals

What I see from a quick reading of the proposed regulation is an opportunity for the vaping community and especially for the manufacturers of equipment and e-liquids to influence the regulations and make the best of a bad situation. I think the potential positive impact of the regulation of...

The Innokin iTaste VV V3 owners group

I ordered my Innokin iTaste VV 3.0 back in mid October of last year as my first venture into something more complicated than an eGo type VV type battery. I use it frequently, but not exclusively and usually with a mini-protank. Personally I think it works great! I would definitely recommend...

    Recent E-Cigarette Article

I just saw a recent article @ CT.com and what I believe is the same piece at the Orlando Sentinel website mentioning, via an interview, Ted Szabo. He's one of the registered suppliers here. Looks like a pretty positive article. I'll try to give the links below, otherwise just google "Ted...

Just read the article @CT.com and (it looks like the same article) in the Orlando Sentinel that mentioned Ted Szabo (and E-Six though not directly). Looks like a generally favorable piece. Should be added to the archives here at the Forum.

Travel and Vaping Traveling to Europe

I just completed a trip to and from Europe (Croatia via Germany specifically). I previously had read some of the comments on the topic of air travel and vaping with great interest, needless to say. On the way over I loaded up two clearomizer tanks and attached them to my Ego twist batteries and...

new to REAL deal ecigs.... please advice..?

Putting in my two cents worth here. I'm just into vaping for a week now and have found this forum invaluable though a bit of the ole' rabbit hole at times. Lots of good advice all around though. My wife and I both quit the analogs at the same time. She still enjoys a more standard ecig that...

    vaping as a laxative

Sounds like everyone has covered the topic. It is an effect of nicotine though it might, remotely, be an effect of the PG. MiraLAX is Polyethylene Glycol 3350, but you have to ingest it to get any effect. The gut works in mysterious ways.

    FDA is scaring me

Second time posting in the newcomers section, but this topic seems appropriate. My wife and I have been trying to quit regular cigarettes for several years. Patch to the little nicotine puffers to Chantix (tried wellbutrin but that didn't last long) We've been using the cartridge type ecigs...

Vaping isn't new user friendly yet

Bit of introduction first. Very, very new to vaping as I just started over the weekend. My wife and I live on the border with the Tuscarora Indian Nation and they have been our go to for tobacco and fuel necessities since we moved back to WNY nearly twelve years ago. We are both smokers, though...
