Looking for a good Chocolate juice
I vape a lot of chocolate. I've been buying my e-juice supplies from MyFreedomSmokes for about 2 years and now they're out of chocolate juice with no idea when they'll get it back. I don't post much anymore but this made me laugh. I never actually paid attention to the schematic showing the switch on the (+) side instead of the (-). But the reason for it is pretty simple. I know a lot of the battery boxes I've used for ecigs come wired with the switch on the (-) side...- Ez Duzit

Yup, you need that resistor between the control pin and ground for it to work properly. Otherwise it won't shut off. And yes, the circuit you posted is the right one. Hoog posted one for your specific regulator in his above post, but electrically it's actually the exact same circuit, just... -

misterD - Yes the switch has to go in front of the regulator. Here's your diagram with the correct ground line added to complete the circuit. Just be aware that the way you are wiring it, (with the control pin connected to Vin), you're disabling the control pin, which means the full current load... -

What Would You Like To See MadVapes Carry?
Don't know if it was mentioned already, but magnetic spacers to use for the smaller Li Ions, would help them fit into a charger without having to use dimes. :) -

What TI voltage regulator to use on a 5v mod?
You don't need to worry about the TI regulators getting too hot if they touch the plastic. They don't get that hot in the 5 or 6 seconds it takes, to take a hit. At least that's my experience using the smaller TI regulator (UCC383TDKTTT5G3). As far as batteries and a charger. The Custom Saber...- Ez Duzit

No real way to avoid the battery life of the 10440's. I get around it somewhat by keeping 3 or 4 sets in constant rotation. If I go out for the day, it's easy enough to stick 4 extra batteries in my pocket, they're pretty small. You can get extra batteries really cheap at HighTechDealZ with...- Ez Duzit
