Hey well if you can still taste the primer, then its because its still there - it could be that that puromizer had an exceptional amount of primer ( that happens ) - so stick with it! Once it no longer tastes of primer, the RY 4 should begin to shine through! :)

That sounds very strange - i have plenty of taste and aroma, when using Janty RY4 - if its a new puromizer it could be that it needs to "burn" through the transport liquid that its covered in, in the beginning, before you can taste it?

From my testing its the same as before in that regard! Oh and also we have added a minimum level line so its easy to gauge when you should refill your puromizer!

Hey guys, The Neo+ is infact a Cross wicking puromizer - so instead of having one wick go through it, it now has two. This simple move means that the Neo+ puromizer wicks better, absorbs faster, and is harder to run dry. Im loving it ! :)

I am assuming you mean a syringe - which is fine, but i would simply use the built in hole thats made for putting liquid in; Just get a bottle with a small "nose" and stick that in. When you fill with a syringe, dont shoot it in at max speed - let it flow inside, and make sure you dont...

Hey Fani Well if they have been used thoroughly then maybe that taste is very embedded - its hard to say =/

To be honest, some liquids just wont go away - like Menthol. I mean, it _will_ go away, but it can take aloooot of refills before that happens. If you cant get it away by my normal cleaning method, i would have to say you have to "vape through it". Sorry! =/

The 16th is four days ago, so it could be that they are very busy, which i think is the case.

If you want help, then we need some more information: What are you using it on - what kind of liquid, - do you have more than one puromizer, and are they all acting the same? Where did you purchase them etc. Also, first of all check that you have closed and sealed the silicone flap opening...

Hey It seems to me like that puromizer is faulty, it doesnt seem normal at all =/ You have to contact the shop you bought it at, for specifics on how to proceed regarding warranty.
