A lot of those high power mods have a sweet spot at about 0.3 ohms where you can get the max wattage.
If you go too low or too high in ohms, the available wattage is lower.

All that really matter is the watts.
A 222w mod with 5 batteries means you want batteries that can put out 45 watts each.
5 15 amp batteries should be enough.
