I placed an order Tuesday and it didn't ship until yesterday. It takes time to put orders together. I know it is hard, but just be patient. It is soooo hard.
I don't remember what day I ordered mine, but I got it yesterday. It is very handy. The only problems that I have with it is that the clip on the side of the cap broke like a half an hour after I got it and I am having some slight leakage.
I don't have one, but I have heard that the high voltage juices from Drew at Nhaler work wonders in a mod. I have the butterscotch and the peanut butter cup high voltage juices that I use in my regular 901 and they are great. They burn slower and keep the atty cooler (for me anyway).

I tend to favor taste over throat hit, but I do like a little throat hit. My first vape of the day always has the harshest throat hit and I really don't like it. So I would say either 70% taste to 30% TH, or 80% taste to 20% throat it.
When I used carts I would only toss them if they broke or if they started getting really loose on the atomizer. I don't really see any other reason to toss them.
