Been using it on my reo for abit now seems to be fine sofar :D pulled it apart and took a look at the insulators again, there is no metal that im able to see so it doesn't seem that there is anything it can short on... so looks as though itll be fine.

I did throw a build on it .43 when I had it on the ohm meter I wriggled the pos post and there was no fluctuation on the meter... Ive had it on my ipv at 50w for about an hour now and its been working flawlessly. That was also a spare base I had im thinking about doing the same with the other...

Yeah ive seen them but im in australia so ill ether have to pay $30 shipping for a $3 item (express) or pay like 10 bux and wait a month for it..... And yes the whole insulater mod is what has me pondering thats why ive been using it on my ipv as that has short circuit protection

Ok so I had a spare base sitting around for a zenith So I tried my hand at moding it for my reo n this is what ive done First I dremald abit of this insulater out Then channeld out the sides of the 510 screw Then dremald slits in the top insulater (this was abit rough) Put it all together...

Well I had a day off work today and was bored ....less so I played with some coils my 24g dosent get much love these days soni built this, duos coils 12 wraps each side but wrapped a little different ;) I had a hell ova time trying to get them glowing together but once I did it was worth it...

New lengths I made up that im playing with at the moment, 26g twisted with 0.5x0.1 ribbon kanthal 8 wraps each coil on a 1.44mm bit on the micro puck came out at .20 hits like a train with flavor for days

Yes the button does have a little ware on it. And my pin looks different to that mine is all brass and curves on the end (where it contacts the battery), I think I worked it out now kinda like what red said but instead of using a drillbit I wrapped some 1000 grit sandpaper around a screwdriver...

When I took the button out I did try and give the hole a clean of any grime or dirt it seemed to help a little but still sticking. Yrs filthy in the down position, How the hell am I meant to see in there?

So ive had my reo for a couple of months now and just yesterday my button started sticking. Most of the time its fine and will pop back up but sometimew it would stay down and keep firing. I pulled it all apart and gave it a clean even run the whole thing under hot water and it was still...

Just wondering, has anyone tested whether the battery lasts longer with a low ohm coil pushing less volts or with a high ohm.coil pushimg more volts? I'm not sure I remember how to build a coil ober 1ohm :p but have tested with a .2 ohm coil and a .5 ohm coil and there doesn't seem to be mich...

I just need to add that if everyone keeps referring to them as e-cigarettes its jist giving WHO more ammunition to connect them to stinkies, I think as the HUGE community ECF is we need to get everyone to start calling them Personal vaporizers or just vaporizers. the further we can get them away...
